RENO & LARGER RENO SOURCING PROJECTS
โIf youโre working on building your own home from the ground up or doing a major renovation youโll be at phase 1 in your selections. This is where youโre making the difficult and long-standing decisions on tile, paint, cabinetry, flooring and hardware for your home. This step sets the foundation for the overall feel of your home and itโs so important to get it right. The goal is to create something timeless and modern, but that will not date in 1-2 years.
Iโll accompany you to the stores of your choice, or recommend my favs, where weโll grab sample materials and finishes and work with your floor plan to know if certain key elements will fit in your new space.
My time starts when we arrive at the first meeting place and continues to a maximum of 6 hours.
During the day together, we'll answer any design questions you have and help put together a well-designed mood board.
As with all of my services, you can also choose to hire me to come in and stage your space once you have your decor items.
SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE PROJECTS & STAGING
If your renos are done and are now on to styling your space or are just looking to source items for a particular space, then youโre in phase 2 of your process.
This step of the process is the most challenging for many. You have this great space you want to create and are unsure of how to pull it all together.
Thatโs where I come in. I love to shop and know all of the great affordable places to source those key pieces that might take you months to find.
Iโm great at telling you when something is amazing and will be that key statement in a room and worth the price or whether itโs great but I know where you can find a dupe that will be of equal quality and look.
I can also make a great guide virtually when you are in the space and have it styled. I will advise on how things are styled or make recommendations on what should be tweaked.

SOURCING & SHOPPING
If your project requires that I help with sourcing, itโs time to shop! This is where my Designer for Day service comes in handy.
The night before our meet-up, Iโll send you the itinerary for the allotted time booked with me.
Weโll meet you at the first defined meeting location and weโll take it from there.
I sometimes like to create a mood board for my customers to keep us on track and to use as a reference while we shop.
If additional time is needed, not to worry, I accept payment on the spot with a Square tap payment terminal.

VIP EXPERIENCE
Iโve forged relationships with many of the amazing boutiques or stores weโll visit.
In order to get the full experience, I may need to secure time ahead with my sales contacts.
Youโll be treated with the dedicated attention we all deserve. and have access to trade-only merchandise at select stores.
This may sometimes also afford you a small discount on your purchases depending on the stores.

Pricing
$89
I charge $89 for each hour spent together. Whether itโs a shopping day or a space walkthrough, this includes my travel time, with a maximum radius of 100km.
Prepayment for my time can be securely charged through the Boutique or in person with my point of sale (POS) Square.
Time starts when we reach our first meet-up location.
Larger projects can be priced at a flat rate.
Virtual projects start at $79/hour.
