Do you service Canadian & US customers?

All in-person services are isolated to Canada for the moment. While the majority of my clients are located in Montreal and the Eastern Townships, I do offer virtual services for anyone located outside Quebec. I travel regionally to accommodate my clients and try to always book meet-ups within proximity of each other to be efficient.

Do you provide free advice?

I do! Our first discussion to discuss your project will always be FREE. During this consultation, we can address any of your questions or concerns before we isolate which of my services is best for you. Some basic advice may be free during this discussion.

Do you partner with realtors?

Agents can invite MAISON OSLO to sit alongside the discussion with sellers or buyers - I add value by supporting their suggestions, making recommendations, and creating a vision of how to get the most value out of the property they are seeking to buy or sell.

Agents can hire MAISON OSLO to soft-stage spaces to help create a vision for potential buyers.

Agents can also refer their clients (buyers or sellers) directly to MAISON OSLO to facilitate a property walkthrough. My walkthroughs provide a “tell it like it is” view or design vision of the property before they list or buy a property.

Do you partner with “for-sale-by-owner” sites like DuProprio?

MAISON OSLO adds value to the sale of any property. Selling your home can be very stressful. I help remove that stress by helping you set the stage for success so that you can get the most for your property. I’ll help you get the pricing, listing, photos and staging right so you can sit back and watch the offers come in.

Can I choose to do just the walkthrough service first and then decide if I would like to add on other services?

Absolutely. My services always start with a FREE consultation. This helps me assess the space and make comprehensive recommendations. Following the walkthrough of the space, you’ll receive a report with my feedback - from first impressions, curb appeal, specific rooms that stand out or areas of concern.
