Organizing your space with MAISON OSLO

  • For me to work my magic, I need to get a feel for your space. Understanding how the room or space will be utilized. This will help me work quickly and stay on budget. I do this by first meeting you to discuss your project, virtually or in person.

    Our first meet-up can be over coffee, a virtual call, or at the space - and is FREE.

  • During our initial discussion, I’ll take lots of photos and notes. My feedback will be honest - this isn’t time to sugarcoat - you’re hiring me to sort out the mess.

    I’ll quickly put together a plan to tackle the organization and a general overview of what I think we can do with the space.

  • I charge an hourly rate of $65/hour, with a minimum of 4 hours of my time.

    Small projects can be done in under 4 hours. Larger scale projects generally need 8 hours.

    A flat rate can be worked out if it makes the most sense for the type of project.

  • I don’t keep a large inventory of organization items in a warehouse. I work with what you have already in the space to keep costs low and only buy bins or storage baskets as needed to create a unified and designed look for the area I’m organizing.

    What storage solutions I do need to purchase on your behalf will be charged at cost + a small margin.

    I do get my product at a reduced rate, which I pass on to my customers.

  • Once you’ve signed off on my quote, we’ll finalize available dates.

    Then, I get to work sourcing and planning.

    The day I show up I already have a plan in place but will likely need to adjust slightly as I start to declutter.

    It will get messy before it looks beautiful.

    To avoid distraction while I work, it’s best if my clients can leave the space while I work and come back for the big reveal. If that’s not possible, that’s fine to.

  • I’ll walk you through the system I’ve put in place so that you can keep up with the organization.

    Life is messy. People have busy lives. The hope is that my system will help make your life easier and reduce stress in the day-to-day organization of your home.

    If you struggle to keep up, you can ask me to return every 3-4 months to refresh the system.
